Those are both fasting and non-fasting levels if sugar.
Oops...you list low blood pressure not high lol. I wasn't too sure about low blood pressure with magnesium deficiency so I had a quick look and found this: "Magnesium is important in the rhythm control of the heart -- low magnesium indirectly causes low blood pressure by affecting the function of the heart."
I had a zillion symptoms of magnesium deficiency but from your list: high blood pressure, migranes, dizziness, blurred vision, fatigue, chest pain, seizures. My reason for magnesium deficiency was insulin resistance (one of my causes of weight gain) and worsened further due to stress from surgery and high doses of vitamin D.
"Magnesium deficits and increased urinary magnesium excretion can occur in people with insulin resistance and/or type 2 diabetes [24,25]. The magnesium loss appears to be secondary to higher concentrations of glucose in the kidney that increase urine output [2]." NIH - Magnesium
Are those fasting blood sugar numbers? I believe you should also check the symptoms of diabetes and have that looked into also.
This condition close matches Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, but the diagnosis should be done by doctor
It may look hearth weakness or dilation of blood vessels in the head.
This must be checked by cardiologist.
I have similar symptoms myself after stress , exposure to heat or physical exhaustion.
I started to have them after my dad passed away.
When you have fainting and blurry vision episode, do your pupils dilate as well??
Are you getting dizzy when standing up after bed rest?
The blood pressure can be "raised up" by taking teaspoon of table salt with glass of water or laying down with legs elevated above the head, but in your case you should definitely see cardiologist.
Levothyroxin-50Mcg, topamax 50mg because ive started having seizures,
Sounds like you could be under medicated and still hypothyroid. Please post your thyroid related test results and their reference ranges shown on the lab report. Also, if tested for Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin, please post those, with ranges, as well.
