cold virus and thyroid
Hi All, Just a question. Does having a common cold have an effect on your thyroid if you have hashi's? My neck is bothering me about where my thyroid is, and on the phone today, the nurse from the MD office said it doesn't sound thyroid related. Just like a pulled muscle. ????? Thanks!

I'm really kind of new with all this, but I have Hashi's too and it seems to me that hashi's has an effect on almost everything that happens to my body. Yeah, I know - my doctor tells me there is no relation too, but things in the neck area that would not have bothered me "pre-hashi" now just about knock my socks off.
