congenital adrenal hyperplasia

I have congeital adrenal hyperplasia, am female, 52yrs old, Recently I have had what feels like a recurrence of a goiter, along with general hypothyroid symptoms, and I have felt like ****...til 2 days ago.  Feeling worse and wondering if the CAH has any bearing on my symptoms

Have you gone to your endocrine ?Cause the thyroid is endocrine related and yes when your body gets ill it can affect your cah the cortisol is your stress hormones to fight off sickness, and if you get sick your body does not make cortisol to continue to fight it off so it will drain you and you should be doubled or tripled with cortisol although that might not be the case, different people react differently and being that the thyroid is connected to the endocrine system you better get to an endocrine.. If you are feeling drained and getting weak you might need more cortisol
