cortisol and dhea
If my cortisol level in the morning is 19 and in the evening is 5 and my DHEA is 1400
What can i do to lower this levels

When giving test results, you have to give the ranges as every lab and country differ so it is hard to tell. Also, cortisol can be tested with blood, urine and saliva so you did not said - and you did not say what time which is very important with cortisol.
Your name is wired and tired - that is a feeling often associated with Cushing's syndrome. Multiple tests are needed for that.
