could facial swelling be from lack of thyroid hormones

facial swelling could cause of this be lack of thyroid replacement? or is it more likely due to allergice rx... Eos are only 1 which would seem to be an indication of no allergy issues.....liver enzymes are elevated and cholesterol elevated...
I get facial swelling off and on....don;t know cause of it......have a fatty liver i am told.....have lots of allergies.....

I also had leg and ankle swelling really bad when Hypo.
Get yr labs done with the FT3, FT4 and TSH tested and also ask for antibody testing to be done at the same time for Graves Disease and Hashimoto.
