I'd guess it is possible to have hyperthyroidism without exhibiting all the symptoms. I was hyperthyroid for months (because I ignored the symptoms) before being diagnosed, and while I did have weight loss, I didn't have changes in my menstrual cycle. I'd say the symptoms you describe should at least warrant testing your thyroid levels. I didn't have any hand tremors until I was diagnosed. The symptoms don't necessarily manifest themselves the same way for everyone.
