cytomel info?

Dr put me on cytomel, any ways to explain it and waht it wil do for me? Thanks!

Cytomel is T3 and It will make you feel lots better.I know thats not very technical but I wouldnt trade my syntrhoid/cytomel combo for anything.
I take cytomel 3 x ady and synthroid 1str thing in the AM.I feel better than I have in years.
Graveslady can give you the technical whyfors I am sure.

My doc obly put me on synthroid and I feel find.  Did he forget Cytomel?  Should I ask him about it?

Synthroid is T4. Your body converts the T4 to T3 So you may not need to take cytomel T3.

I do not convert to T3 that is why I am doing so well on the combo so I get T3 and T4.
Give your synthroid time to fully kick in then see how you feel.

I was on cytomel for two weeks and then at the end of the first week on cytomel I started synthroid.  I am only on synthroid now.

I have no clue what all the t3 t4 stuff is..i know the dr said if i dont take the cytomel ill be hating life
