Good nutrition.....stay away from raw broccoli, couliflower, and cabbage. Also stay away from Soy which can be found in most prepared foods.
Make sure you are getting enough protein, veggies and fruit along with fiber.
Stay away from processed foods.
Also helps for some to take a good multi supplement. I usually suggest a liquid whole food source for the best absorption.  :)
