dizziness?

Has anybody here experienced dizziness due to their thyroid?  If so, do you know why?

hi annmarie here ya i got a few dizzy spell's on and off was told it wasin't thyroid related but i think it is cause i never had it befor the thyroid problem started.8 month's with grave's i'am going for a full health check at a private hop tommorow that is one of my question's to ask doc will post answer i get off her she might come up with something :)

I had some dizzy spells before I was dx'd because I was hypO and my body was slowing down.  I had a very low pulse rate and because of that, I would get dizzy or what I called a "loopty loo/whoozy" feeling....  My levels still aren't optimal, but apparently close enough to being in line that I don't have that anymore.

I'm hyper.  I get dizzy or light headed when I stand or start to walk.  If its my blood pressure, then its because its too high.  My BP today was 140/101 with a pulse of 106, it dropped to 123/91 with the same pulse after I laid down for a bit.  I feel ok but a little fast inside.  Perhaps I'm just starting out too fast when I move.  Actually, its not really a dizzy feeling but more of a loss of balance.  Another question for the Endro.
