does a endocrenologist work with swollen lymh glands

I have had a goiter all life, my pannels are always in range, tried hypo meds to shrink goiter it worked, been off year and then developed enlarged lymph glands everywhere and now have squeezing in goiter area, my doct has said i was creating this illness phsycosymatic... what the hell, after a year he is sending me to endocron doc and i just cant take any more harrasment they say im fine yet visible and painful nodes everywhere,I give up...no question..(I added pic so you can fricken see how sick i am) I tried to smile
