dominant mass, cysts , highly vascular
interpretation of ultrasound. domanant mass measures 2 cm , mixed echogenicity. color dopper shows highly vascular. four subcentimeter sized cystic and solid masses throughout the right lobe. Left lobe there are nine subcentimeter sized cystic and solid masses. does anyone know what this all means. i am very concerned

It means that you have a nodule that has nodules inside it, as well as several more nodules in the other side and that they are vascular, which means they have blood flow. You should have an FNA biopsy. They can't tell if it is cancer yet, but you might find out if you get that biopsy. Cancerous tumors are usually solid or mixed, and high vascularity is a concern (cancer needs a blood flow). Your chances of it being cancerous are still only in the 5-15% range, but you need a biopsy. Good luck.
