dose of T3 and T4 in 1 grain of Naturethroid

I saw a conversion chart on the web that stated each grain of Nauturethroid has 38 mcg of T4 and 9 mcg of T3. Is this correct.

I am 61 years old and have had issues with anxiety. How would this affect dosing with Naturethroid?

Also someone asked me if I knew the t3 and t4 levels I had on 350 mcg of Synthroid. I don't know. It was 18+ years ago and I was quite naive about my disease.

I read through the other thread you started on this same subject.  Since the two grains is less than the Synthroid and Cytomel you were taking previously, there is no need to reduce further.  Start with the full two grains.

Another blogger answered this question. I got the Endocrinologist to prescribe 2.0 grains which is still low but a better starting point.
Should I just take the whole amount when I switch over or take 1/2 tab for a few weeks then take a whole tab after that?
