elevated PTH and calcium within normal range, normal thyroid????

Hi all ,
Does anyone one know elevated PTH 77 with normal calcium 94 and ionized calcium 1.14 is a normal thyroid?
I'm feeling so fatigue with tingling and muscle twitching.
Please HELP!

PTH testing really has nothing to do with thyroid disease. That is a specific test for Parathyroid diesease which are totally different.

I am not familiar much on the ranges on these tests. Thypatient is a member here are she could shed a better light on this than me.

Do you have kidney stones? acid reflex? What brought you to the doctor to get those levels checked?

I too am confused by the labs you mention. Perhaps going to parathyroid.com might you. Let us know.

I think you meant 9.4 for calcium? how is your Vit D? and phosphorus? Sometimes the problem isn't because your parathyroid, but kidney problems, , low Vit D, .....etc).
