expectations when switching to armour thyroid

After considerable research I have decided to switch from synthroid to armour thyroid. I am switching from .15 of synthroid to 90 mgs of armour. How long should it take for me to notice a difference? Should my TSH be about the same? Erin

Your conversion's right.  The main concern when switching to Armour is usually adrenal fatigue.  If you've been tested and have AF, then you'll need to support your adrenals.  If you haven't been tested, then keep an eye out for any hyper symptoms, as the combination of Armour and AF can do this.

As for when to feel results, it really depends on the individual.  Some feel the effects almost immediately.  Others need a couple of weeks.

Please keep us posted.
