extreme exhaustion

I have been struggling with Hashimoto's disease and hypothyroidism for a year now.  My test say they are all in the normal range.  My problem is that I have extreme exhaustion around 2.:30 in the afternoon to the point where I can not get out of bed until the next morning and have very little energy anyway.  Could this be due to adrenal fatigue.  My PCP will not address the problem of adrenal fatigue so I will be seeing an Endo that I have seen before and he never wanted to talk about the adrenals, either.  Any suggestions?

Have the Endo run about fifty tests, including any antibodies that haven't already been tested, a complete hemotology panel, vitamins and minerals and all that jazz. And adrenals.

It could be several things combining to magnify the problem.

Symptoms from hypo and symptoms (a side effect) from the medicine. Maybe anemia or vitamin deficiencies making it worse.

Could be adrenal fatigue as well.

hi - if your thyroid labs look ok i would "demand" that the endo run additional tests until you can pinpont where the problem is coming from.
