Temperature fluctuations are not always an abnormal reaction. A daytime temperature of 99.7 in hot weather may not be out of line. Or it could indicate a slight fever/inflammation. The temperature that's most important is you is when you first wake up in the morning.
You need also to get tested for the actual thyroid hormones to see what they are. TSH is not a good indicator of actual thyroid function.
Are you on thyroid medication, with your TSH of 9? Do you have other symptoms?
If you want expert advice try doctor forums.
Other than that hyperthyroidism causes ones temperature to increase.
Judging by your TSH which is higher than normal you are probably hypothyroid.
Which normally causes body temperature to decrease.
The thermostat in ones body Is the hypothalamus gland
which regulates the body's temp.
The hypothalamus helps control the pituitary gland which in turn controls the thyroid gland, adrenal gland.testes or ovaries.
So it could be that your hypothalamus is causing your body temp to increase and your thyroid to have high TSH.
the remedy for hypothalamus dysfunction is to remove tumors If there is any or treat with hormones.
But it is still unclear if that is your problem,So I suggest you try the doctor forums as I am not a doctor.
Or search on google for hypothalamus dysfunction and see If your symptom seem to match.
hope this helps.
