follicular cells and macrophages
I just had a needle biopsy of two nodules on each side of my thyroid.  The result was benign appearing follicular cells and macrophages.  I have pain in my neck in the area of the thyroid.  Difficulty swallowing and my throat is sore when I swallow in the lower right area.  Should I get a second opinion?  I had a large, embedded thyroglossal duct cyst when I was a  teenager about 40 years ago.  Could this be something to do with that?  My sisters have Graves disease and multiple endocrine syndrome. One neice has Hasimotos Thyroidis.  Any input would be appreciated.
