Her FT3 is obviously above range, and her FT4 is at 75% of range, which is a little on the high side, too. TSH looks like it's right where it should be, but children's TSH tends to run higher than adults. Have you checked with your lab to make sure they're using age-adjusted ranges?
Does she have any other hyper symptoms? Anxiety? Elevated heart rate? Diarrhea? Unexplained weight loss (or inability to gain)? Too much energy? Is her restless sleep causing her to be fatigued during the day?
What does her pediatrician have to say about this?
the range for FT3 is 2.6 - 5.70 , free T4 was tested and result is 16.48 and its range is 9 - 19.04 ...... we can notice that she is restless during her sleep at night

Please post the reference range for FT3. Ranges vary lab to lab, so they have to come from your daughter's own lab report. Is she having hyperthyroid symptoms? Was FREE T4 tested?
