from graves to hyop

i was hyper with graves on and off for 18 yrs. now i am hypo within a 6 week timeframe. my new test tell me that t4 and t3 are within range but tsh is high. i have all the symptoms....tired, brittle hair, constipation, weight gain.  i am on 50mcg of synthroid. what should i do next? i am seeing the endo tomorrow but i know he will not b concerned but i can't live with these symptoms. any suggestions? please respond at ***@****. thanks

Have you been on medication for the Hyperthyroidism for 18 years?  Now changing over  Synthroid?
