hair loss/ bald spot

I am a 22 year old female. I just noticed yesterday I have a bald spot about the size of a 50 cent piece on the top/back of my head. I was doing my hair and realized that there was a bald spot and freaked. When i got out of the shower this morning i brushed my hair right away. It seemed like i could just touch the area around the bald spot and hair would fall out.  I'm somewhat healthy. I have ovarian cysts, and IC. Other than that im healthy. Could it be from eating unhealthy or having a whack sleeping pattern? Please help. Im worried.

Rule out Alopecia and get your Thyroid levels checked.
Free T3, Free T4 and TSH.
Maybe the answer is there.
You dont say if you have any thyroid problems so it is hard to speculate.
