hashimotos and elevated ck levels

I was diagnoised about a year ago with Hashimotos thyroiditis. In the last six weeks I had been in a lot of pain after some dental work. Long story short - combination of sinus infection and abcyss tooth were the culprits. During the process of discovery, I was taking Tylenol or Advil every four hours as directed for pain (approx 3 week period). After checking liver, kidney and ck levels, my doc gave me a perscription narcodit which included a small dose of tylenol. At that time my CK level was 4000. I was rechecked a week later. My levels rose to 5000. My doc immediately took me off the meds and gave me a morphine script. I will get a recheck to verify that the levels are going back toward normal. What is the correlation with CK levels with Hashimotos'? How much did the tylenol / advil doses a factor into the equation? What are some questions that I should be asking my doctor?

CK is creatine kinase. Here's one website that explains it.
