Go to RateMD.com and find a doctor who prescribes Armor for Hashi's, They told me I was in the normal range too and I had most of your symptoms as well.  Since being on Armor for 3 months now, I feel a lot better and have lost weight.  I don't feel normal yet but my Dr not only looks at the blood work, he looks at my family history and how I feel.  The doctor makes all the difference, believe me.  I've been suffering for over 15 years now and I listened to stupid doctors who don't listen.  Because they don't listen I am now over 100lbs overweight and I don't over eat.  Listen to your body not just the blood work and find a good doctor. Good Luck to you.

If you google up Hashimoto and TSH labs - you will see the majority of patients are in exactly the same boat you are in with suffering symptoms and "normal" labs. The trick to this is looking deeper into it and convincing your doctor that based on symptoms - you may want to start treatment to see if you can improve your health.

Hashimoto is an attack on thyroid tissue and sometimes does not show up on thyroid labs being an issue-

SOmetimes if more testing is done like FT3 and FT4 - along with the TSH a doctor who understands this stuff - can see you may be having issues with the Free T3 that could be causing all this issues with you. Do you have swelling in the thyroid?

Getting the antibodies in remission is needed to stop the attacks and slow the symptoms. Some find Selenium eases that - Some don't. I found it slowed the progression of symptoms, but has done nothing for the actual lab counts. I feel better since starting it 2 yrs ago @ 200 mgs.
