i am getting all the symtoms over overactive thyriod weigth loss breathlessness cold hand shaking  tiredness got my thyriod tested the tsh come back as 1.48 could anyone help they say it normal but i have all the symtoms of the overactive

hiya is it true that u can have a high antibodies test but it can come back as normal that is knowin as fasle negtive antibodies test the test is tpo

Don't let it go keep going to doc about it,get them to do all the test's.i was in hop for a week befor they told me i have grave's i had the antibodies so keep at them till you get an answer.your TSH is look's normal so check FT3 +FT4 they play a big roll in thyroid.hope you get sorted soon take care xx ann4512

i had a test before that one and got told my thyroid was borderline 11.48 but never got told my t3 or t4 my doctor told me it was to do with my antibodies & they would have to keep a check on it but i am feeling the same as i did when i got that test

they didnt give me a result for that should i have had that done

Your tsh is normal. Did you take a test for t3 and t4?
