ive been sick for two years and nobody can give me an answer. I am extremely fatiqued and my muscles ache(burn) all over and if i do anything physical(even vacuming) my muscles ache like i ran 10 miles and i cant get out of bed. i dont have hypo or hyper and they say my thyroid is fine, but my dhea has been low since my onset and i had an estradiol level of 789!!! but then they did another one a couple weeks later and it was fine(so they just blew it off),and now my cortisol is low (5.o am) but only when im feeling bad and my acth is fine. i feel the worst usually 3 days before menstrual and at least the whole following week after it ends. I do have lots of small cysts on my left thyroid and my right is enlarged. my personal opinion has always been that its a "hormonal" problem. but once again i cant even get specific tests that i request done. i get the sweats and run a slight temp, ive also been diagnosed with low blood pressure. my lactic acid test came back extremely high once but they said it must be an error, and my crp and complement total have been extremely high on multiple blood tests.
