T4- free direct dialysis       2.1 ng/dl [0.8-2.7]    i don't know what else on this result sheet has to do with the thyroid so I don't now what else I should list.   But for years I have been treated for hypo. now whats this mean?   Since then synthroid decreased.

Below is
a test prior on 6/13    TSH- 0.03
                               T4 free NON-dialysis 1.6 ng/dl [0.8-1.8]  Synthroid decreased

Looks like you are on the hyper side from too much medicine...did you get a med decrease? You should have a Free T3 test done too.  The biggest question is how do you feel?

Haaaa Laura

You beat me in almost every word. LOL

painter = do you get a Free T3 lab done.

I am at a TSH of 0.04 and have no symptoms at all. My Free T3 controls how I feel not my TSH

The tests listed below are the test that I have gone through regarding the thyroid.  Therefore the same test are probably listed on your test results.

TSH
T-3 total
T-3 uptake
T-3 free
T-4 index
Free T-4
T-4 total
Thyroglobulin Antibodies
Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies

If your TSH numbers are so low, it normally means you are in hyper mode.  However, you may need to enter all of your results for better assistance.

I hope the types of tests help.

Take care
Terri

thanks all,

my test doesn't have any thing else but I did find a test from ayear ago and that had
tsh... 0.020  [0.350-5.500]
T4....11.3 [4.5-12.0]
T3 uptake...30 [24-39]
Free thyroxine index...3.4 [1.2-4.9]

That was the last time they tested all that, I probably been hyper over a year now and have always been treated like I was hypo, and for over a year now the dosage has been decreasing. Don't no what to think, I will be getting a anti-tpo in 4 weeks with this new Dr.  As far as how I feel, I'm totally drained and feel wiped out!!!
