I don't follow the TSH lab anymore and my doctor doesn't consider it a solid test either. She looks more at the free T3 and free t4 levels and compares it to my symptoms
However taking that TSH lab into some consideration - it is pretty low and just because you "think" you are having hypo symptoms, fatigue can be related to both conditions. I'd be more inclined to see you free labs to see if those are within the ranges of being symptom free from either situation. (med induced hyper - or hypo)
