Hi: can some one help. I have hipothyroid and my doctor said that it was too low, I was taking 165mcg
and she lowered it to 100, if is too low, doesn;t the dose suppose to be higher?
I suspect that your doctor thought yout TSH was too low. TSH is counterintuitive. When your TSH is below normal. it means you are HYPERthyroid. When it is too high, you are HYPOthyroid.
You should ask you doctor for actual numbers for TSH, free T3 and free T4 along with their reference ranges.
