tomorrow it will be 2 weeks post op from my TT (wow it has really been 2 weeks!).  my dr. told me no weight lifting for awhile (ha! he obviously didn't look at my flabby arms that have never seen a weight), but anyway...how long should i wait before doing light-moderate cardio.  i like to do the Yoga booty ballet dvds (its like a dance dvd)...do u think i could do that now or should i wait? im going on vacation in 2 weeks and my body isn't exactly bathing suit ready lol

Just keep in mind your disolving stitches take upwards of 6 weeks to disolve inside!

I'm glad you are feeling well enough to think about exercise YEAH~!

Doing anything 'light' is probably best right now.

I got back to yoga after a few weeks but participated in a laissée faire manner.

Take it slow.

I got back on the treadmill when I had the energy and that was about 2 weeks. I really don't know if jumping around would be good. It might put stress on your neck area.

You should start out walking, and don't do anything that puts stress on your neck area.
