how to cure high anti tpo soon?...

hi,i am 33 years old,i just knew before 3 months that i have normal tsh levels but my anti tpo is high:603,(normal range is below 34)..,i just knowing this by ivf specialist...he told me that i can not do ivf because of my anti tpo is ver yhigh and high anti tpo level make adverse efffect on ivf outcome...,i went to endocrinologist he start thyronorm 150 mcg daily in empty stomach for me  but yet no change in my anti tpo level..my ivf is delayed only for this reason...,doeas any know that my wanti tpo-603 when go down? and which treatment or medicine helpful for anti tpo problem?..,waiting for reply..

Starting on a gluten-free diet may help some hypothyreose patients in reducing their levels of anti-TPO.

There is no cure for antibodies.. only suppression for healthy levels

Well, if you have Hashimoto's Disease, I really don't think your antibodies will just go away. I wish mine did! The key is to get on enough thyroid hormone so that the antibodies calm down.

Selenium once a day has been shown to reduce the antibodies. My endo warned me that too much Selenium could be harmful, so only once per day!

Also, please beware that what inexperienced doctors call 'normal' TSH might not be normal. My TSH was 2.74, which is 'normal' according to outdated labs. My endo believes 'normal' TSH in a healthy person without thyroid disease should be around 1.1. Many of us with Hashi don't feel well until our TSH is much lower. Therefore, it is more helpful to primarily treat the free levels. You should really have your FreeT3/T4 levels tested and have your medication adjusted according to those levels.
