how to make tsh high in autoimmune hypothyroidism?

hi!
i am a 26 years old male. i recognised that i have hashimoto tyroidities. my tpo is very high about 1100( normal range 0-16). my t3 and t4 is normal  but my tsh had fluctuations  between 5 to 9( normal range .3-5). in 12 different blood test in  only 2 month! it means i have had blood test every week. i must keep my tsh abnormal ( more than 7 at least)for 1 month because of some reasons but i cannot predict the result of next test. i have not eaten levothyroxin any time.please help me!!! my last test showed  tsh of 4.57. i have not eaten soy for last two weeks.

thanks for your answer.
my t3 and t4 are normal
my FREE T3 is 3.9 (normal range: 2.2 - 4.2)
FREE T4: 1.48 (normal range: 0.8 - 2).
tpo: 1189(normal range: 0 -16).
tsh: fluctuating between 5 to 9 in last  2 months.
the doctor recognized hypothyroidism which its type is hashimoto. he prescribed levo for me but i only used on pill !!! and did not continue because i want to keep my tsh  high.
i need to keep my tsh more than 7 or more for about 1 month  only to become exempt from a a hard job. it is very vital for me to keep it high only 1 month.but unfortunately it fluctuates and  i do not know what would happen to my tsh for the next month before the main test. i have had 12 test in the last two month and i did not realized any relation between different results to predict the future test result. i want to become sure that it would be high enough. Can foods like soy products or cabbage  raise my tsh two or three numbers or my  tsh fluctuation from 5 to 9 cannot be according to food, strees and so on and its fluctuation has been only acoording to hashimoto?
i only guess from the results of last two month  that in 20 days it rises and in 10-15 days it falls again!!! is it a  regular relation or it changes has been accidentaly?

Just to supplement what was already provided by Barb and Deb, the ranges for the actual, biologically active thyroid hormones, free T3 and free T4,  are very broad.  Having results that fall within the ranges does not assure what you really need, which is relief of symptoms.  Symptoms should be all important, not TSH level.  Frequently this requires that FT3 is adjusted to the upper part of its range and FT4 is adjusted to at least midpoint of its range, without being constrained by resultant TSH levels.  If your doctor is not agreeable to doing this then you will need to find a good thyroid doctor that will.

Tsh is to do with the Pitutory gland and even though your levels of T3/T4 are within range, I would be asking for a FREE T3 and FREE T$ test to be done...the 'normal ' T's are outdated and shouldnt be used for dosage of a T4 med (Levo).
Looks like your Doc is going by the TSH...this is very wrong.

Why do you have to keep your TSH high? Will your doctor not treat you unless your TSH is high?
