I have been diagnosed with Hashomotos Thyroiditis in Oct 2008 and since then I have been on every color levothyrozine that has been made. In feb they put me on full hormone replacement and then I went in to hyperthyroid. My TSH was .02. Soon after I happened to throw pregnancy in to the mix. I truly thought it could take forever to get pregnant with a thyroid condition. In early pregnancy my Tsh was 0.04. so i was instructedt o stay on my current dose of levo (100mcg) and check my levels again in 6 weeks. Now my TSH is 4.38, and my Dr says that I am back in Hypo! My T4 and T3 are normal. I am 9 weeks pregnant and worried that this will affect fetal brain development. They also say that hypo in pregnancy is a high rish of miscarriage. Please advise. Thanks.
