Is TSH the test you are having done?  Did you have Free T3 and Free T4 done?  You really need those, as they are the actual thyroid hormones and correlate best with symptoms.

What treatment are you starting?  What dosage?  When did you start?

How are you feeling?

Sorry, I'm here... just not always online.

While your thyroid hormone levels (T3 and T4) are "in range", they are both very low in the ranges, indicating that you don't have enough to sustain a pregnancy.  Thyroid hormones are essential for the growth and development of fetus, because it depends on your thyroid hormones until its own thyroid grows enough to produce hormones.

There really isn't any way to overcome the antibodies.  They destroy the thyroid tissue and as they do so, you simply have to treat the resulting hypothyroidism with the levothyroxine, adjusting dosages, as needed.

The T4 and T3 tests you got are for Total T3 and Total T4, which are not nearly as useful as the Free T3 and Free T4.  Ask your doctor to test for those, instead, as they correlate best with symptoms.

You shouldn't try to get pregnant again, until your thyroid hormone levels are adequate.  Rule of thumb is get Free T4 to about mid range and Free T3 into the upper half to upper third of its range.

After your T3 and T4 tests there should be a reference range.  They might be in parenthesis; can you tell me what those are for each one?  Those ranges vary with each lab so they have to come from your own report.

Do the T3 and T4 tests say "Free" in front of them?  If not, they may not be as useful.

How long have you been taking the 100 mcg thyroxine in the morning?

I'm not sure what the "protein s" is.  Can you list the reference range for it, too, please?

Your antibody tests indicate that you have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis.  Your TSH is too high, also.  Do you have symptoms of hypothyroidism (low thyroid hormone levels)?  It appears that you might not have enough thyroid hormones.  Miscarriage is common with hypothyroidism.

Do you have any other thyroid related test results?  Have you had Free T3 and Free T4 tested?  Those are actual thyroid hormones.

Do you take replacement thyroid hormones?  If not, you should. You should not try to get pregnant again until you have adequate thyroid hormones.  Thyroid hormones are very necessary for the growth and development of a fetus.

If you take thyroid medication, what dosage are you on?  You may need an increase in your medication.
