hypothyroid and 3 miscarriages

I have had 2 miscarriages at 9 and 10 weeks have hashimotos disease, positive thyroid antibodies. Recently recovering from a chemical pregnancy. I have a positive thyroid anitbody and my TSH3 level is above 5.0. I also have factor five leiden blood clotting disorder. I've been told these 2 factors attribute to my miscarriages. My next pregnancy I will be on thryoid med, aspirin and lovenox. I am concerned about my high thyroid hormone antibodies killing off my pregnancy again and causing a recurrent misciage. I am looking for medical advise for treating my thyroid condition while pregnant.

Do you see an endocrinologist? I wonder if there is also at your hospital a high risk pregnancy medical service? They often help with high risk of miscarriage by monitoring everything.
Do you take any thyroid medications now? I would expect that by getting your thyroid right now, that there should be less risk.
Best to talk to a doctor about it, as you have several problems which need specialist care.
