15 month ago I was diagnose with hypothyroidism and I've been taking levothyroxin 25mcg and my blood test always comes back normal. I've been trying to loose weight but it keeps going up. I walk 3 to 5 miles 4 to 5 times a week plus I like doing gardening for hours. I am also keeping records of what I eat and try to stay under 1200 calories I also drink a lot of water. I am 5' tall and use to be 110lbs now I weight 134lbs sometimes 138lbs. I started taking alli and google it so I know to take it 4 hours after I take Levothyroxin. I am also taking vitamins/supplemts A, B, C, D, E, zink, selenium, amino acids, Cla, iodine, L-tyrosine, magnesium. I think I'm doing what I should be doing but I really dont see any improvement. (Oh, did I mentioned I belly dance. yeah that too suppose to be a great exercise also play wii and do yoga, etc) I try to keep active because I seat at work for 7 hours. Please help me!

You need to calculate your calorie intake, based on weight, height, age and activity level.  There's a minimum number of calories you need to eat daily, just to maintain your bodily functions.

If you could post your latest thyroid lab results, maybe we can see something there, that might need adjustment.  Just because you fall into the normal ranges, doesn't mean your levels are adequate for YOU.

Please post your lab results, along with the reference ranges from your lab report.  Reference ranges vary lab to lab, so must come from your own report.

Is it possible you're not eating enough calories? Because sometimes when you aren't eating enough your body can go into a hibernation-like mode and stores fat. I'm 5 inches taller than you and was told to eat 1433 calories for best weight loss. It just seems like a big difference for 5 inches, although I'm more like 50 lbs from my ideal so that could be it.
