i keep forgetting that i already took my levotyroxin 50 mcg

I have problems sleeping at night and when i get up early in the morning to get my son ready for school i normally try to always take my pill cause i know its says to take in the early morning but i tend to go and lay down and fall asleep after for a couple of hours i wake up and totally forget if i took my pill or not so i take it i am so worried whats going to happen if i keep forgetting is it really bad for my heath???

I agree with Faith; you can do it that way or get a pill minder - one of those boxes that are labeled for every day of the week, then divy your pills out, one for each day.  If the pill for that day is gone, you took it, if not, you didn't.  Either that, or keep a slip of paper/notebook near your pills and write down the date/time each time you take your pill.

Put your pill and a glass of water on your nightstand every night. If it works for you, set your alarm for 30-60 minutes before you get up, take the pill and go back to sleep.
Regardless, of how you want to do it, if you leave one pill out and it's gone, you know you took it. :)
