It's really hard to comment without the ranges for FT3 and FT4.
We also have to know which antibodies - there's no such thing as "general".
Sorry, but I'd just be guessing if I said more.
(Try calling the lab where the FT3 and FT4 were done and ask for reference ranges.)

i dont have only this result
and about the antibody the doctor requist thyrid antibody not specific ,it is general thyroid antibody
this result since one month only and they start me on thyroxin 125 since one month
