is there every in relieve????Does anyone ever feel good!!

I hurt all the time and my muscle are knotted all the time. The pain in my hips wakes me up at night. Is there anything I can do to relieve the pain? My eye site is blurry alot of the time and talk about being stupid that is how I feel I can't remember anything. Does headaches come with this disease? Someone help me out and tell me there is a light at the end of this tunnel?????
