I've got pain on my left side under my ribs, almost like a stining pain, as if somebody are putting a nife in there, what can it be?  I also feel nauseas, sick to the stomach.  Got 24/7 headaches.  Please help me

Gallbladder is all on the right & typically stays all on the right below ribcage front and back and shoots up between shoulder blades.  

A low kidney stone could do as you describe.

I had pain like that for both my gallbladder and again for an ulcer.  I agree, time to talk to a doctor.
