lab value help

My ani tpo was 538 in Nov. 2009 and now it is 239;  TSH T4 and 3 are within normal range

Component Your Value Standard Range Units
THYROGLOBULIN SEE BELOW
HI Expected
Test Result LO Units Values
--------------------------------------------------------------
Thyroglobulin, Tumor Marker, S
Thyroglobulin Antibody Screen, <20 IU/mL <22
S
Thyroglobulin, Tumor Marker, S 30 ng/mL
-- REFERENCE VALUE --
<=33
Athyrotic individuals
normally have hTg values
<=2.
The thyroglobulin testing method is an immunoenzymatic
assay manufactured by Beckman Coulter Inc. and
performed on the Unicel DXI 800.

What does this mean?  I feel awful, lots of sinus infection, stiff muscles, headaches, sleeplessness, sweating etc.

What do I do next as I keep getting bounced from one doctor to another;  neurologist, ENT, Endocrinologist, allergist, infectious disease, endodontists, oral surgeon, PCP and they all shrug and point to the next doc!!!

I only see Thyroglobulin information here; nothing about TPO.  TG and TPO are 2 different things....

Where are the TPO results and what were the results of your TSH, T4 and T3 (were they "free" or "total"?).  Please post results, along with reference ranges, which vary from lab to lab, so must come from your own report.
