My husband has been taking LevothyroxineLevothyroxine Levothyroxine sodium for a number of years now he has developed a twitch in his right
eye that is making the eye it close all the time . Doe anyone know if this is from the disease, meds?
I really dont know he only has told me that his thyroid doesnt work at all.
After being on this site I learned there should be a name for whats wrong so I asked
him & his response was the Dr. probably told him & he forgot.
He has a appointment this month & I will go with him. He has seen a optometrist
& he said it was a nerveNerve biopsy Nerve conduction velocity he got botox once which helped.
What are his current thyroid levels? FT3/4, TSH?
I think the first thing he should do is see an optometrist about the eye.
