What disease, Hashimoto's? Does he have a goiter? Is it difficult for him to swallow? Does his neck hurt?

What are his current thyroid levels? FT3/4, TSH?

I think the first thing he should do is see an optometrist about the eye.

I really dont know he only has told me that his thyroid doesnt work at all.
After being on this site I learned there should be a name for whats wrong so I asked
him & his response was the Dr. probably told him & he forgot.

He has a appointment this month & I will go with him. He has seen a optometrist
& he said it was a nerve he got botox once which helped.
