Unfortunately only doing a TSHPituitary and tsh Tsh doesn't give a completeComplete Complete a-z Complete allergy Complete natal Complete premium Complete senior Complete-rf look at what is going on with your thyroid. You also need to have your free t4 and free t3 done. These are the actual active thyroid hormone in your body. TSH shows mostly pituitary function.
Your tsh can show in normal range, and you can at the same time be lacking in thyroid hormone. Or you can have a conversion issue which will cause you to suffer hypo symptoms with normal tsh. The only way to know this is to run the Free's.
Note that laura suggested that you need to know your free T3 and free T4 levels. These are different than total T3 and total T4. The frees are the active thyroid hormones and free T3 is about 4 times as potent as free T4.
