low TSH, low T4, low/normal T3- dr put me on naturethroid

hi- I have a little bit of a weird scenario.  I have low TSH, low T4, and normal T3.  I am currently on Cytomel (T3 meds) so that is why my T3 is probably normal but it was low too.  TSH=.14, T4=.4, T3=1.3
No pituitar tumors, no Hashimotos, no thyroid nodules.  I was on Armour for a few years and it didnt do anything for me...my dr. put me on T3 and it finally helped me with symptoms but my levels were still low.  I was fine like this for about 2 years, but recently my hair has been falling out and a little weight gain so i went to a new dr and he said I could use a little T4, so he gave me 65mcg of Nature throid- but the past week I have been taking it and feeling grouchy and sluggish and headaches.  I dont know what to do...I was feeling great and I just cant bear going down this road again of feeling like this.  I know its a guessing game, but if anyone out there has experience with this situation or helpful insight, I would most appreciate it. Thank you!

There is much to discuss, but first please post the reference ranges for those test results.
