low tsh, normal ft3 and ft4

Lab results as follows, TSH 0.06, FT3 3.2, ft4 1.11
I have all symptoms of hypothyroidism, weight gain, constipation, loss of hair, low BP etc. However, my physician says there is nothing wrong with my thyroid. TSH of 0.06 cant be normal even though it points towards hyperthyroidism. Can someone please help?

Thanks for the response. I am not on any thyroid meds. My OBGYN did the tests and said they were normal, however on reseaching TSH of 0.006 cant be normal. So am going to see my PCP on the 29th. I have recently started severe tightness in the chest and shortness of breath and arthralgia. I just want to find out if this stuff is all related and get treated for it.

I agree with AR on getting the lab reference ranges - Some labs go by certain numbers and if we know the lab and the ranges that helps.

Your FT3 seems to be a bit on the higher end though even without really "knowing " the ranges.

Symptoms can intertwine and just b/c you have the major hypo symptoms doesn't necessarily mean you are hypo. Your labs do indicate more hyper lab numbers.

Are you on any thyroid medication? Or are you being treated for anything else?

Do you know the lab ranges on the FT4/FT3 tests?
