low tsh

Recent blood work showed my TSH at 0.04, and mt T4 .75. I haven;t felt well since July with headaches and fatigue being my worst complaint. Do I need to follow up with an endroconologist?

Is the T4, Free or Total?  If your lab report doesn't specify, then it's most likely total, which is considered obsolete and of very little value.

As goolarra mentioned, please post the reference range, along with whatever other thyroid tests (with reference ranges) that may have been done.

Do you also have the reference range for your FT4?  Ranges vary from lab to lab and have to come from your own lab report.  Was FT3 tested also?

Are you taking thyroid meds?  If so, which and what is your dose?

Have you been diagnosed with a thyroid disease/dysfunction?
