mass in neck

i have a mass in my neck laterally on left only, and this mass is associated with mensis; i have this mass in the last year at the same date and my mensis was late and is late now, and when this mass dissapears i have the mensis.
i don't know this mass belongs to what but this is my complain. this mass is painless.

I would have to say that it is best to have a doctor check into this for you. That way you are not guessing at anything and will get an accurate diagnosis.

the problem is that I study medicine. i become afraid by any thing not worry others.
i guess that this mass in scalene lymph node that associated with ovary cancer, so i'm afraid.
i haven't recieved any comments from doctors.
