This is another great question for a pharmacist and your doctor.....they are suppose to know the side effects of medications, and the affects on your body.
TSH is only a pituitary function test. The actual tests to show the active thyroid hormone levels in the body would be the Free T4 and Free T3.
Your symptoms sure do sound like thyroid. I would suggest that you have blood tests for autoimmune thyroid disease. Symptoms can come long before levels show.
