I was told that my levels are
TSH 0.03
Free T3 - High
What does this mean?
I am very tired, weak, and have short time lapses in my days.Sometimes I don't remember what time it is or what has happened a few minutes or hours in the day.
What is happening to me?

Well, from those two tests only, it appears that you are hyperthyroid.  Do you have symptoms that might relate to being hyperthyroid?

I expect that as one possibility, the next doctor will be testing you for Graves' Disease.  You can read all about Graves' in this link.

No, I was told by the Dr. that did those two test to find a specialist as it is out of his scope and would not be able to further assist me. I have an appointment on the 29th of this month. I'm just wondering what to expect. With the first two tests being what they are. What are they saying that my thyroid is or isn't doing?

Was your Free T4 tested also?  If so, please post actual results and reference range shown on the lab report, for both Free T3 and Free T4.
