Thanks for your coaching on my other thread - I'm once again encouraged reading your post here. My increasing tendinitis, joint pain and muscle cramps on top of frozen shoulder (which may or may not be related) where the final - duh! - maybe I need better thyroid treatment.
I also have had similar symptoms. While hypothyroid I had muscle cramping very bad. It disappeared after getting my Free T4 and Free T3 levels optimized. Also at a different time I had knee pain so bad that I could not rise from a chair without using my arms to push myself up. At that point I just decided to increase my thyroid med to see if it could be associated with hypothyroidism. In just 3 days after the increase I could do deep knee bends without pain.
What are your Free T4 and Free T3 levels and reference ranges shown on the lab report?
I have hashi and joint pain, muscle ache, stiff body, frozen shoulder.
You get a feeling as if joints are connected in a crude manner.
When you have prolonged pains like this, our brain tries to avoid any movement that can cause pain. This kind of makes you less mobile and lethargic...
