Oh, forgot, the most easiest - try to drink more water (not soda) to see any difference! Can help cramping, not necessarily pain itself. Also try more potassium (2 bananas a day).
These are all common symptoms for some thyroid 'challenged' people. . Your muscles are not recovering as they should. This can compound and spread since all muscles are connected.
Things to try:
In addition to the last post, take calcium 3 hour away from thyroid med, and try vitamin B's, C, and Magnesium (before bedtime). Eat healthy if you are not already. Fatty acidic (low PH, the American diet!) foods contribute to body pain. You don't say what thyroid med you are on? If one type does not reduce symptoms regardless of 'good' lab levels try another type or even brand. If that still is not better, try new stretches. Still in pain?.....learn muscle trigger point release, unheard of by many, but also helped many in pain.
Hopefully, something there should help you!
Have you had your calcium levels checked? Have you had surgery that may have disturbed your parathyroids? You could take some calcium supplements, but it would be good to get your levels checked first. I get muscle spasms, and I am taking 2000mg calcium daily above what I get in my diet. 1000iu of Vit.D helps to absorb the calcium.
