Normal pulse rate is 60-100, so yours is certainly not normal. Your thyroid controls that, plus it's very common to have high cholesterol levels when hypo. My resting pulse rate was often in the 30's when I was severely hypo.
Per gimel's request, please post whatever thyroid blood test results you have, along with reference ranges, so members can help assess your situation.
Absolutely not normal. If you have any thyroid test results, please post them along with references shown on the lab report. From that bp and pulse rate, I expect to find that you are hypothyroid and in need of an increase in meds.
